* NEW clients or clients that have not been here within the past year are required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

*We are not able to answer the phone on weekends. Please leave a message and we will get back as soon as we can

*We may leave early if no more appointments are scheduled for the day. Please let us know if you need to drop off early or pick up later than your appointment time.

*We are closed Saturdays in July & August

Our NEW CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE

will be 50% of the cost of the groom price. We need 24 business hours notice if the appointment needs to be adjusted or a cancellation fee will apply. This is so we can fill the appointment slot. (Business Hours are Mon-Friday 8:30am-5pm)

We reserve the time slots specifically for your dogs appointment as we groom them one on one, so any no shows or last minute cancellation affects the business and the groomers income. We have been very lenient in the past but unfortunately this is happened far to often and new policies need to be implemented.
