- NEW CLIENTS will have to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will go towards the cost of the grooming appointment. This deposit is to reduce our amount of no shows.
- CLIENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN HERE WITHIN A YEAR ARE CONSIDERED NEW.*
- Due to the overwhelming amount of large doodles we currently have, we are still limiting out NEW DOODLE CLIENTS to a 40 lbs weight limit.
- Our NEW CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE will be 50% of the cost of the groom price. We need 24 hours notice if the appointment needs to be adjusted or a cancellation fee will apply. This is so we can fill the appointment slot.
We reserve the time slots specifically for your dogs appointment as we groom them one on one, so any no shows or last minute cancellation affects the business and the groomers income. We have been very lenient in the past but unfortunately this is happened far to often and new policies need to be implemented.
